Service

Slokje is a medication reminder and adherence logging app. It helps users record medication schedules, receive reminders and keep local dose logs.

No medical advice

The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment decisions or dosage recommendations. Users must follow instructions from qualified healthcare professionals.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for entering correct medication details, schedules, instructions and caregiver information. The app is a support tool and cannot guarantee correct medication intake.

Managed mode

Managed mode is optional. The caregiver can edit locally after unlocking with the caregiver password.

Care plan sharing

The user may explicitly consent to sharing a care plan export through the iOS share sheet. The user chooses the recipient and should only share with trusted people.

Subscription

Premium is billed weekly through Apple. The displayed price is EUR 0.79 per week. The subscription can be cancelled through Apple ID subscription settings.

Trial

The local trial lasts 7 days and allows 1 medication and 1 alarm per day. After the trial, Premium is required.

Availability

Notification delivery depends on iOS settings, device state and system behavior. The app cannot guarantee delivery of every reminder.
